Manufactured in 1969 and subsequently embellished. Blued steel barrels with single steel bead sight on the matted vent rib with gold inlay at the breech and a spray of floral scroll engraving on either side of the rib, chokes marked "**_"/"**" (improved cylinder/modified); 2 3/4 inch chamber with ejectors which are hand marked "SK." The blued action displays floral scroll engraving surrounding a setter and a pair of pheasant on the left, a duo of ducks on the right and a retriever bust on the underside with all the animals inlaid in gold as well as gold wire borders. The floral and gold border motifs extend on the fences, and top lever with engraving surrounding a gold initial oval. Fitted with a single trigger and tang mounted safety/selector. Fitted with a wonderfully figured multipoint checkered walnut forearm with engraved and gold inlaid fittings and pistol grip buttstock with Browning ventilated recoil pad. Includes a Browning leatherette takedown case.

Very fine, retaining 99% blue finish with limited handling marks, some pitting under the finish where the stock meets the action, and crisp engraving. The replacement wood is very fine with a few minor handling marks, a hairline crack on the left flat at the action, and crisp checkering. Case is fine. Mechanically excellent.
