Description:

Manufactured by the Bern factory of Switzerland in 1924. Features fixed sights and "Swiss cross/WAFFENFABRIK/BERN" marked on the front toggle link, and "P59" on the left side of the extension indicating release from military service in 1959. Barrel marked with Swiss "cross" proof, extension with "cross" and "cross/M" proofs, extractor marked "GELADEN," and safety polished bright in the lower position. Matching visible serial numbers on the barrel and frame, with matching "951" partials on the trigger, sideplate, front toggle, breech block, extension, and grip safety along with "51" on the rear toggle. Fitted with smooth bordered checkered grips numbered "951" on the interior and nickel finished magazine with hardwood base marked "2."

Rating Definition:

Very fine overall, retaining 90% plus arsenal refurbished blue finish and straw colors, with light edge wear, thinning on the grip frame, and faint spotting. The grips are excellent with crisp checkering and borders. Mechanically excellent.
