Manufactured circa 1914-1916. Has a No. '1' marked barrel with a folding blade/globe front sight and a semi-buckhorn rear sight. The bottom of the barrel is marked"3,22, RF shaped in a heart triangle Thick side takedown action with standard markings. Smooth schnabel tip forearm and straight grip stock with curved metal buttplate.

Very good, with 30% of the faded original blue finish. There is some mild spotting overall, along with some handling marks and light edge wear. The casehardening colors have turn a dark mottled brown, with some remnants of the original pattern. Stock is good, with a number of scratches, dents, and some repaired cracking in the wrist.
