Description:

The top of the barrel is marked "NATIONAL ARMS CO BROOKLYN. N.Y." Silver plated brass frame, casehardened trigger and hammer and blue barrel. Light scroll engraving on the frame and barrel. Smooth walrus ivory birds head grips. This model was later produced by Colt as their No. 2 Derringer.

Rating Definition:

Fine. The barrel has a smooth gray patina, the frame retains approximately 70% of the original silver plating, much of which has a grayish appearance. The grips are excellent with a pleasant yellow color and virtually no marks. Markings are clear and the engraving is crisp. Mechanically excellent.
