This beautiful gold plated, engraved shotgun is one of one hundred celebrating the 100th year of the Cheyenne Frontier Days in 1996. The first two inches of the sides of the muzzle and three inches at the breech are floral scroll engraved. The right barrel is engraved "100TH ANNUAL / CHEYENNE FRONTIER DAYS" in a panel and the left barrel is engraved ""DADDY OF EM ALL"". The sides of the receiver depict rodeo scenes in an oval amid floral scroll engraving. The underside of the receiver has a belt buckle inscribed "CHEYENNE FRONTIER DAYS / "DADDY OF EM ALL" / CHAMPION / ALL AROUND" in the center of floral scroll engraving. The bottom of the trigger guard is engraved "084 of 100" in a banner. The sides of the forearm and wrist of the stock are carved with a floral pattern, a stagecoach and six horse team are carved on the right side of the butt stock, The Frontiers Day logo is stamped on the stock flats at the receiver and the 100th Annual logo is on the underside of the forearm. The engraving was done by A&A Engraving of Rapid City, South Dakota. Complete in a green canvas covered hard case with brown leather handle, ends and corners and a green felt lining with a brass commemorative plaque.
