Introduced in 2006. Features a green Hi-Viz front sight and an adjustable rear sight. It has an interchangeable ported compensator barrel with a full length ejector rod shroud. The left side of the barrel is marked "460 S&W MAGNUM", the right side is marked "SMITH & WESSON". The rear left side of the frame features the S&W logo while the rear right side is marked "460/ XVR". Houge finger groove mono grips with S&W monograms. In blue plastic Smith & Wesson case with extra compensator, tools, test fired cartridge, Master Lock padlock, and papers.

Excellent plus with approximately 99% plus finish remaining overall. The barrel and frame show very little signs of wear with only a few tiny blemishes and light handling marks overall. The cylinder shows a light drag line. The grips are also excellent with only light handling marks overall.
