The rear of the receiver is marked " SA -52 / US RIFLE / CAL 30 M1 / SPRINGFIELD / ARMORY" over the serial number. The barrel is marked "ARI ORD ARLINGTON VA" on the right side. Bayonet lug and walnut pistol grip stock with a very weak cartouche on the left side and circled "P" in the grip area and butt compartment. Complete with a green canvas sling, lanyard strap, 5 3/4 ' cleaning rod and screw driver with a wooden handle.

Very good. The rifle retains approximately 85% of the parkerized finish with some light spotting on the rear sight. The stock is very good plus with overall scattered minor dents, nicks and dings. With exception noted above, all markings are readable. The action is fine.
