The Maltese Cross has black enamel highlights with raised "IN HOC / SIGNO / VINCES" motto around the sides. The central cross is gold with red enamel highlights and the central crown has black enamel highlights with fine small mine cut diamonds in the band. The swords have two mine cut diamonds and four mine cut rubies in each hilt. The reverse has a keystone with white enamel background for the "KSHTWSST". 0.45 oz troy, 14.2 grams. 2) Royal Arch Council Badge. 4 inch red ribbon with gold bar at the top inscribed "ZINZENDORF". The star and triangle suspended from the center bar is engraved on the reverse "PRESENTED TO COMP. / RAYMOND K.S. HESS / by ZINZENDORF R.A.C. No 216 / BETHLEHEM, PA.
