Standard two line commercial marking on the left side of the slide, flanked by the Walther banner to the left and "Mod. PPK" on the right. Eagle/N proofmarks on the right side of the slide, chamber, and muzzle. Checkered wraparound brown and black swirled plastic grips with Walther banners set in the top and a lanyard staple on the butt. The magazine is blued, with a matching brown/black plastic finger extension.

Very good, with 90% of the original polished blue finish. The slide has some spotting, and two light patches of rust on erosion concentrated on the left side, along with some edge wear. The frame has some spotting on the front strap, in two bands in the areas where the middle and ring fingers would rest, and on the backstrap, and some smooth wear on the trigger guard. The grips are very good, with two thin cracks emerging from the screw and sharp checkering. The action is excellent.
