This is an excellent example of a Springfield Armory Standard M1A semiautomatic rifle. The barrel is fitted with the long flash hider, semi-hooded front sight , and bayonet lug ahead of the gas cylinder. The rear of the receiver is marked similar to the GI M1, with the addition of a (T) mark next to Springfield Armory. A Springfield marked scope mount has been mounted to the side of the receiver, with a Springfield Armory First Generation Government Model 4-14x56 scope. Smooth pistol grip stock with grooved plastic upper hand guard, sling swivels, green canvas web sling, and checkered metal buttplate with trap and flip-up cover. In original box with a folding bipod, 20 round magazine, instructional video titled "Springfield Professional Rangefinding Optics Video", papers, and nylon case.
