Issued by American Historical Foundation, this rifle commemorates the Korean war. It has a highly polished blue finish with gold plated trigger, compensator, rear sight, sling swivels and bolt handle. The right side of the receiver is marked with an American flag at the rear and "KOREAN WAR COMMEMORATIVE THOMPSON / IN DEFENSE OF THE PRINCIPLES OF THE FREE WORLD" with "LEST WE FORGET" and " 25 JUNE 1950-27 JULY1953" with the Thompson trademark between the two lines. Also the Korean Service crest at the end, done in gold. The left side of the receiver is marked in gold "AUTO-ORDNANCE CORPORATION / WEST HURLEY, NEW YORK, U.S.A. at the rear and "ISSUED BY THE / AMERICAN HISTORICAL FOUNDATION / RICHMOND, VIRGINIA". Both sides of the stock at the receiver have a inset medallion with the "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA KOREAN SERVICE" badge in the center. The right side of the pistol grip has an inset medallion with the "IN HONOR OF THE KOREAN WAR" seal. Including 15 round magazine and leather sling.
