This is a copy of the British L1A1 rifle imported by the CAI company in Vermont. These rifles were produced by utilizing a set of original British L1A1 inch pattern parts that were assembled on to a new manufactured type three receiver. It has the original folding military style rear sight and fixed front post. It is also equipped with a Trilux L2A2 scope. The thumbhole stock and handguard are both black plastic with a pebble grain pattern. Right side of the action is marked "L1A1 Sporter / Cal .308 / CAI-St Alb Vt", and the magazine well is marked "MADE IN CANADA" . Complete with one twenty round magazine.
