Model 61s were produced from 1932 to 1963. Dovetail blade front and adjustable rear sights on barrel with 3/4 length tube magazine and standard markings. Takedown receiver, 17-groove forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with checkered metal buttplate.

Excellent, with 90% of the original finish remaining. There are a few light scratches and dings, along with some areas of mixed brown and gray patina and smooth wear on the edges and from use. The stock is very FINE, with some minor varnish loss, a few scratches and pressure dents, and a small chip missing from the underside of the grip. Non-factory top screws are present on top of receiver. The action is excellent.
