Manufactured in 1941. Improved breech bolt mechanism model as designated by 62A. Standard two-line address on the left side of the barrel. Lyman blade front sight and adjustable rear sight. Takedown feature on the rear left side of the frame. 17 groove rounded slide handle and straight grip stock with black hard rubber butt plate marked "WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO."

Excellent with approximately 98% original blue finish remaining overall. There is some touch up blue on the bottom of the frame. The barrel and frame show only light wear to the finish with a couple of light scuffs on the top of the barrel and some light edge wear on the frame. The stock is also excellent with only light handling marks overall.
