Introduced in 1935, this rifle was designed by Winchester to answer the demand for a medium priced hunting and target .22 rimfire bolt-action rifle. This rifle features an improved cocking mechanism from the earlier model with a dovetail silver bead front sight and an adjustable sporting rear sight. The receiver is grooved for scope mounts. Standard barrel markings with a detachable magazine and plain one piece pistol-grip stock with a black plastic Winchester buttplate marked "WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO." Complete with a brown leather sling.

Excellent with 99%+ of the original blue finish remaining. The wood is excellent with some minor surface scuffs and handling marks.
