The Model 61 was produced by Winchester in a variety of configurations. This particular rifle was manufactured in 1954 in a rare single caliber form. The rifle is marked on the left side of the barrel with the Winchester address/ proof steel marking followed by "WINCHESTER / TRADE MARK" and "MODEL 61- 22 L RIFLE/ FOR SHOT ONLY". It features a single silver bead front sight on a counter bore barrel. Checkered push button safety and magazine tube handle, a 3/4 length magazine tube, 17 groove flat bottom forearm with a smooth pistol grip stock and checkered metal buttplate.

The Model 61 was produced by Winchester from 1932 until 1963 in a wide variety of configurations. This particular rifle was manufactured in 1947 in a rare single caliber configuration with octagon barrel. The rifle is marked on the left side of the barrel below the rear safety with the "-WINCHESTER/ PROOF STEEL-"marking followed by "-MODEL 61-", "WINCHESTER / -TRADE MARK-" and "-22 LONG R.-". The two Winchester proof marks are correctly located on the top of the barrel and receiver. The rifle features a silver bead front sight mounted on a dovetail blade and an adjustable sporting rear with a checkered push button safety and magazine tube handle. 3/4 length magazine tube with a 17 groove flat bottom forearm and a smooth pistol grip stock with checkered metal buttplate.

Produced in 1900, this is a Second Model 1890 rifle. The serial number is marked on the lower tang only. Features a blade front sight and semi-buckhorn rear sight. Two line Winchester address marked on top of the barrel, "22 SHORT" also marked on the top of the barrel just in front of the receiver. The model designation and trade mark are stamped on the upper tang. Takedown receiver with the thumbscrew on the left side of the receiver and internally locking bolt. Winchester Model 63 Rifle manufactured in 1947. The rifle has a blued receiver, barrel and buttplate. The forearm and stock are walnut. The rifle is fitted with a the standard style front sight with silver bead and sporting style rear sight with elevator. The left side of the barrel is marked: "MADE IN NEW HAVEN. CONN.U.S. OF AMERICA/-WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL-" followed by "-WINCHESTER-/-TRADE MARK-/MODEL 63-22L.RIFLE-SUPERSPEED & SUPER-X". Oval Winchester proof marks are stamped on the top of the barrel and receiver. The serial number is located on the underside of the upper and lower receiver halves. The Model 63 Winchester was manufactured from 1933-1958; this high quality rifle is considered to be one of the finest .22 semi-automatic rifles ever produced.

The Model 1890 was the first slide-action rifle ever produced by Winchester and designed by John and Matthew Browning. The WRF cartridge was developed by Winchester specifically for the Model 1890. The Model 1890 was produced from 1890 to 1932. This rifle is a Third Model 1890 and the distinctive feature is the locking cut made at the front top of the receiver to allow the breech bolt to lock externally. Featuring a fixed front Marble sight, rear patent date 1901sight and Leyman combination rear sight on the wrist. This is a very good example of a late 3rd Model variation of the Model 1890 rifle. This model's distinctive feature is the locking cut made on the top of the receiver to allow the breech bolt to lock internally. This particular rifle features a dovetail front sight and adjustable rear with a 3/4 length magazine. The left side of the barrel has the two line Winchester address and patent dates as well as the model number and caliber marking. Standard markings on the upper and lower tangs with the two proof marks at the breech on the barrel and receiver. Mounted with nicely figured, slab sawed, uncheckered American walnut straight grip stock with small round 12 groove forearm and crescent steel buttplate.

This particular rifle was manufactured in 1939 with the correct 11 groove small forearm. It also features a dovetailed blade front sight set with a silver bead, adjustable sporting rear sight, smooth pistol grip stock and a checkered steel buttplate. The rifle is marked on the left side of the barrel below the rear sight with the model and caliber markings as well as the "WINCHESTER/ PROOF STEEL" marking and "WINCHESTER/ TRADE MARK". The right side of the barrel is marked with the two line Winchester address including the patent number. The two Winchester proofs are correctly located at the breach on the barrel and frame.

When the Model 1890 and 1906 were dropped from production in 1932, Winchester introduced the Model 62 to take their place. A change in the breech bolt mechanism brought about the change in the name designation from Model 62 to 62A. This rifle was manufactured in 1950 and is marked Model 62A with the Winchester trade mark and caliber marking on the left side of the barrel under the rear sight. It features a dovetail blade front sight with a silver bead and an adjustable sporting rear sight. 17 groove slide handle and straight grip stock with plastic butt plate marked "Winchester Repeating Arms Co." The Model 63 took the place of the model 1903 in 1933 in an attempt by Winchester to solve the problem of having to use a special .22 caliber cartridge in the gun to operate the blowback system. This rifle was manufactured in 1947 featuring a dovetail front sight and adjustable sporting rear sight. The left side of the barrel is marked " MODEL 63-22 L.RIFLE-SUPERSPEED & SUPER-X". Smooth pistol grip stock and forearm with a metal forend cap and smooth steel butt plate with tubular magazine through the buttstock.

Winchester 62A Rifle 22 S L LR
The Model 62 was introduced to take the place of Models 1890 and 1906 when they were dropped in 1932. This Model 62A rifle was manufactured in 1948. With fixed front and adjustable rear sight, 3/4 length tube magazine, smooth trigger, serrated hammer spur, seventeen groove slide handle and straight grip stock with a black plastic buttplate marked "WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO" in a circle. The left side of the barrel is marked with the Winchester name, model and caliber information. Winchester proof marks are adjacent to each other on the top of the barrel and receiver and the serial number is on the bottom of the receiver and the rear lower tang.

Winchester 64 Rifle 32 Win special
Manufactured between 1943 and 1947 with approximately 67,000 Model 64's produced between 1933 and 1957. This rifle features a hooded bead front ramp sight, adjustable rear semi buck horn sight, standard Winchester markings on the barrel and upper tang and 2/3 length tubular magazine. The forearm and pistol grip stock are an extra fancy checkered walnut with a high polished finish. All of the wood work on this gun was done by Donnie Gemes as stated in the accompanying letter. The receiver, lever, upper tang, barrel band and forend cap are all beautify scroll engraved on a punch dot background. The left side of the receiver is gold inlaid with two running deer with gold borders and the right side has two big horned rams also surrounded by gold borders. The engraving was done by master engraver Angelo Bee. The rifle comes with a typed letter from Angelo Bee's assistant, Cammelia, and a signed Certificate of Authenticity from master engraver Angelo Bee.

Manufactured in 1937 this model was the successor to the Model 1886, with some internal parts strengthened to handle the powerful .348 cartridge. It features a hooded ramp blade front sight and filler block in the rear dovetail slot on barrel with the standard model and caliber markings and a 1/2 length tube magazine. The receiver is equipped with the correct factory installed Lyman target "bolt mounted" peep sight. Checkered pistol grip stock and semi-beavertail forearm with metal forearm cap, black Winchester grip cap and checkered steel buttplate.
