Produced in 1907, with a dove tail front sight and an adjustable rear sight on a octagon barrel. The top of barrel features the standard two line Winchester address and is marked "22 SHORT" on the top of the barrel near the breech, 3/4 tubular magazine. Blue finish, takedown thumbscrew on the left side of the receiver, serial number on the receiver and lower tang. Smooth straight grip stock and 12-groove forearm with crescent casehardened buttplate.
