Produced by Remington in 1914 and 1915 on contract for the French government. Raised blade front and tangent rear sight graduated from 400 to 2400 meters. Marked 'REMINGTON MLE1907-15" on the left side of the receiver and "RAC 1907-15" on the right side of the barrel. Smooth straight grip stock with a sling ring on the left side of the forearm, properly without upper handguard, grasping grooves, sling swivel on the underside of the buttstock, and a smooth metal buttplate. With an epee-style bayonet, 20 1/2 inch cruciform blade, solid metal grip and metal sheath.

Excellent plus, with approximately 99% of the original blue finish, showing a few small areas of spotting and light handling marks. The stock is very good, with moderate pressure dents and very minor chipping around the trigger guard. Bayonet is excellent, with an aged patina on the grip, and the action is excellent.
