The 10-inch barrel has a pinned target front sight and windage adjustable target rear sight. The top of the barrel rib is marked: "+ SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD MASS. U.S.A./PATENTED OCT. 8 01 FEB. 6. 08. SEPT. 14. 09+". The left side of the barrel is marked: "+.22 LONG RIFLE CTG+". The S&W monogram is located on the left side of the frame. Checkered walnut grip with S&W medallion at the top of each side.

Excellent. 99% plus original blue finish remains on all metal surfaces showing only the slightest collector type handling marks. The hammer and trigger show brilliant original case colors. The grips a good showing some light wear.
