Brilliant casehardened frame with "U.S." marked on left side behind two patent dates. Smooth one-piece grips with "S.L.C." cartouche on left side. In finished walnut display case and a locking drawer with two keys and a Commemorative Peacemaker plaque. Case cover is branded "1873 - Peacemaker Centennial - 1973" along with caliber, the inner lid has a likeness of Samuel Colt.
