Description:

1) Teddy Roosevelt "Rough Rider" beer tray (one of the most eagerly sought items of Spanish American War memorabilia), 13 1/4" by 17", with the underside painted green and the top showcasing an image of "Teddy Roosevelt" in uniform on a galloping horse, saber held high. The border is decorated with white stars on a blue field, with U.S. and cavalry flags at the top and sides, and the 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry crossed saber badge at the bottom. 2) Silver finished brass clock, measuring 8 1/2" and 11", featuring Teddy Roosevelt on his horse. The back is marked "PAT/ APLD/ FOR" and "PATENTED/ APRIL 25th/1899”.
