Made from thin woven "jipijapa" straw, with a 1" high gold bullion headband, a six-sided gold metal star on front, and a National Cockade on the left side with horizontal and vertical bullion bands secured with an "INFANTRIE" button. The inside of the crown is fitted with a gray sweatband. In very good condition, with some wear to the Cockade. Has the typical upturned brim, with mild wear and staining.
