Description:

Also known as the Winder Musket, this Low Wall Musket was manufactured after 1913 during a period in which serial numbers were not recorded again until 1923. Standard markings with a blade front and a Lyman No. 53 receiver sight, sling swivels and "US/ ordnance bomb" on the upper tang. Musket style perch belly forearm with one barrel band, steel forearm tip, finger grooves and steel curved butt plate.

Rating Definition:

Excellent with approximately 90% of the original blue finish remaining, thinning at muzzle and scattered areas of the receiver, light scrapes and usage marks. The stock is excellent with scattered dings and handling marks, small, light gouges near the front of the right finger grip on the forearm and scattered on the butt stock.
