A white woven background with a red "X" stretching from corner to corner, the legs of the "X" are 8 inches wide. Complete with a U.S. Department of the Navy/Olympia tag affixed to the flag and a Bannerman Military Goods hanging tag. According to information from the consigner, this flag was featured in a photograph on page 203 of Bannerman's 1907 Catalog along with confirmatory information.

Rating Definition:

Fair, the material is starting to deteriorate along the hem and the flag itself. Very fragile. The Department of the Navy/Olympia tag has a raised seal which is excellent, all information on the raised seal is easily read.
