Made from copper and brass, the main body has the appearance of a naval gun cartridge resting on a pair of crossed cannons. The cartridge section is 8 3/4" by 3 1/2", with a total height of 7 1/2". Stamped on the right side is a battleship surrounded with "ADMIRAL DEWEY'S/ LAMP", and on the left side is a set of crossed flags and an anchor with "REMEMBER/ THE MAINE". The adjustment knob is unmarked. Glass not included.

Very good, with fine color and a few mild dents.
