Manufactured in France from 1881 to 1979. Tapered solid matte finished rib with a bright front bead, light scroll engraving at the breech. The sliding breech action has floral and border scroll engraving, Niter blue double triggers and left side of action safety. The action lever is marked "SPC" over the serial number on the under side and "DARNE" on the top. Checkered one piece French walnut semi-pistol grip stock with a horn forend tip and black plastic Darne buttplate. Complete with Darne factory box.
