Manufactured in Belgium by FN between 1959 and 1975, and features a hooded front sight and an adjustable fold down rear sight. The end of the barrel is ported and marked on the left side "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY" and "MADE IN BELGIUM" on the right. The rear left side of the barrel as well as the front of the breech are marked with Belgian proofs. Jeweled action and thumb safety. The floor plate and trigger guard have a simple scroll engraved pattern highlighted in gold. The receiver has been drilled and tapped for mounts. One piece high gloss stock checkered on the forearm and pistol grip with a raised cheek piece, sling swivel studs and a brown Browning recoil pad.

The barrel retains 99% current blue finish showing the slightest handling marks. The receiver also retains 99% blue with minor wear along high points. The wood is good showing a stain on the right side just behind the cheekpiece.
