Description:

The Model 1907 has a rotating barrel locking system and was the first self-loading pistol adopted by the Austro-Hungarian army. Marked "FEGYVERGYAR BUDAPEST" on top of the rib. The acceptance marks "Wm eagle 25" are on the rear of the frame. The right grip plate has the "PB2 / 8" marking. Has lanyard loop on the butt. Complete with holster marked in ink with a boxed "M.0.9" proof over a circled illegible proof over a boxed "W. / Z." proof on the inside of the flap. In addition to the proofmarkings, the inside of the flap is crudely marked "WARZECKA / 30176399".

Rating Definition:

Fine with approximately 60-70% faded original blue finish with a balance of smooth brown patina, high edge wear, some minor scuff marks and scratches. There are some small areas of heavy pitting on the front, left side of the barrel. There is a smooth silver patina on the trigger. The grips are very fine exhibiting light to moderate wear. The markings are highlighted in white and are clear and crisp. The holster is very good overall with moderate to heavy age cracking and some minor scratches.
