Produced in 1851, this revolver was converted to 32 centerfire by altering the hammer face with a firing pin and boring out the chambers through the nipples, leaving the cylinder its original length. Two line bracketed address on the barrel, with the loading lever removed; the hole is unplugged and the hinge screw remains. Standard frame markings, with the Stagecoach scene on the cylinder, "Q" ahead of the trigger guard and smooth grips. Barrel and wedge are numbered "59502" and "9502", respectively, with the remainder of the parts matching.

Good as assembled and modified, with a mottled brown and gray patina on the barrel, cylinder and frame, with a number of dings on the cylinder, and scattered pitting. Around 95% of the original silver is visible on the grip straps, with a dark overall patina, some brass visible on the high edges and scattered dents. Grips are good, with mild varnish loss and pressure dents. Mechanically needs work. From the Will Hoffeld Collection.
