Manufactured circa 1847 to 1865. Matching serial number on the frame under the grips and stamped on the inside of each grip panel. Fitted with smooth varnished walnut bag shaped grips.

Rating Definition:

Good. The metal surfaces have been cleaned bright with scattered minor pitting. The grips are good retaining most of the varnish and having a few scattered minor nicks, dings and handling marks. The trigger has to be pushed back into the ready position after firing, otherwise the action functions properly. The markings and engraving remain clear. Good. The metal surfaces have a brown patina on the barrels and gray elsewhere with scattered minor pitting.
