Manufactured from 1902 to 1914, this top break revolver featured a newly designed locking mechanism, double action only with concealed hammer and 5 round cylinder. The top of the barrel is marked with the two line address/patent date and the top strap is marked "SAFETY POLICE". All blue finish with casehardened trigger and fitted with two piece smooth pearl grips with gold H&A medallions. Complete in a black leatherette case with green velour lining fitted for the revolver. There are also compartments for a box of cartridges and a cleaning rod.

Excellent. The revolver retains approximately 97-98% of the bright original high polished finish with some thinning on the backstrap and trigger guard, high edge wear, some flaking on the frame and some minor spotting and scratches on the cylinder. The trigger shows some strong faded original case colors in protected areas with the balance a smooth satin gray. The grips are excellent with only slight handling marks. The markings remain sharp and clear. The action is excellent. The bore is mint. The case is very fine with some wear and a couple minor tears in the lining as well as some light staining.
