Manufactured from 1877 to 1891. Standard two line address/patent dates marked on top of the barrel rib, serial number marked on the butt and rear face of the cylinder. Pinned front half moon and notch rear sights, blue finish with casehardened spur trigger and hammer and fitted with two piece checkered "wood grain" hard rubber grips. Complete with the correct green hinge lid box with correct lid label and "directions for use" label on the inside of the lid.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The revolver retains approximately 70% of the original finish with scattered minor flaking and a row of minor dings on the right side of barrel. The cylinder flats have a smooth brown patina and the flutes retain most of the thinning finish. The grips are excellent with only slight handling marks and crisp checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is fine. The box is good with green tape around the outer sides. The labels are intact and there is some minor wear on the inside.
