Manufactured by Isaac Hollis & Sons of London, this shotgun features a single brass bead sight on the solid concave rib which is marked "I. HOLLIS & SONS LONDON". The hammers, lock plates, receiver, trigger guard, break lever and tangs are engraved with fine English scroll with a dog chasing a rabbit on each side of the receiver and the trigger guard. Damascus barrels featuring 2 1/2 inch chambers with extractor. Double hammers and triggers. Fancy checkered forearm with the latch assembly engraved with the same pattern, round knob pistol grip stock, smooth hard rubber buttplate and initial oval.

Good. The barrels retain approximately 80% of the Damascus pattern with a balance between a smooth gray and smooth brown patina. The upper tang and lock plates retain light traces of case color in the protected areas. There is some minor rust on top of the barrels. The revarnished wood is about good with some minor to moderate scratches and dings and a few moderate gouges. There is epoxy-like substance on the forearm tip and the forearm could not be removed. There is a hairline crack on the left side of the wrist and there are two small repairs done with wood putty. The checkering is sharp, but has been redone. The engraving and markings are clear and crisp.
