These rifles were intended to be a fast handling semi-automatic rifle firing a high powered cartridge and were the favorites of many state and local police agencies. This Model 07 is an improvement over the Model 1905. Manufactured in 1953. Standard barrel markings with Lyman front sight and adjustable sporting rear sight. Mounted with the fancy walnut checkered pistol grip stock and forearm with hard rubber Winchester grip cap and checkered plastic Winchester buttplate.

Excellent with the exception of the repaired stock. The rifle retains approximately 97% of the original blue finish with some pin point pitting and gray patina forming on the high edges. The finish is thinning on top of the barrel where most of the pin point pitting is located. The stock has been revarnished and the pistol grip area has been repaired with several noticeable hairline cracks. Overall, there are some minor dings and scratches. There are some minor dings in the overall sharp checkering.
