Manufactured in 1957. Hood ramp front sight and an adjustable fold down leaf rear sight. The top of the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Standard barrel and receiver markings with the Winchester proof on the left front of the receiver and left breech end of the barrel. High comb pistol grip stock with checkered grip area and forearm, hinged floor plate, sling swivels and fitted with a checkered steel buttplate. Difficult to find in this configuration.

Excellent plus with virtually all of the original blue finish remaining with only the slightest handling marks. The stock is excellent with a few minor scratches. The checkering is sharp.
