Manufactured in 1993, the accompanying factory letter verifies the serial number, caliber, barrel length, blue finish, stocks as "Not Listed" and that it was shipped to Mr. Paul Zamsky, Colt's Manufacturing Company, Inc., 545 New Park Avenue, West Hartford, Connecticut on December 14, 1993 as "1" on Colt Custom Order # 5014. The letter also verifies the script "Paul Zamsky" engraved on the backstrap and "CUSTOM SHOP SUPERVISOR" in block letters engraved on the butt. The remarks state that Mr. Zamsky held the position of Custom Shop Supervisor at the time of purchase. The top of the barrel is marked with the short two line address and "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER." in an etched panel on the left side. The left side of the frame is marked with the three line, three patent dates with no Rampant Colt. The frame is casehardened, hammer sides polished and the remainder is blue. Standard blade front, frame notch rear sights and fitted with fancy checkered walnut grips. Complete with a blue Cross pen in a green plastic case with Paul Zamsky's business card. The pen is marked with the "Colt" logo and "PAUL ZAMSKY" in gold fill. Also complete with the original blue two-piece Colt box and white outer box numbered to the gun.
