Description:

1) Roughly 28 1/2" x 39 3/4" dated 1944 graphic design poster with face of a battle hardened U.S. solider angrily looking down at the country of Japan. "NEXT!" at the top, "6th/ WAR/ LOAN" at the bottom, with U.S. Government Printing Office and U.S. Treasury markings on the bottom whit border. 2) Roughly 20" x 28" dated 1945 poster featuring a photograph of a workwoman hold a chart measuring the percentage of dollars spent on war loans (is unmarked). "This IS/ OUR GOAL/ IN THE/ 7TH WAR LOAN" at the top, a President Franklin D. Roosevelt quote at the bottom, with the U.S. Printing Office and Treasury markings on the bottom white border. 3) Roughly 27 1/2" x 21 3/8" graphic design poster featuring a scene of military supply transport activities that is surrounded by images of various needed supplies, including gas masks, parachutes, signal flags, rifles, and other weapons. "HELP SEND THEM WHAT IT/ TAKES TO WIN DO YOUR JOB/ WITH WAR STAMPS AND BONDS" near the bottom over a list of the cost of various military equipment, with the U.S. Printing Office marking on the bottom white border.

Rating Definition:

1) and 2) are very fine. Both posters are folded with strong fold lines and a few minor edges along the folds. There is some minor edge/border wear. All color is vivid and bright. 3) is good. Is folded with strong fold lines and some moderate tears along the folds. Moderate edge wear, torn corners and a 4 inch tear near the right bottom corner. The color is vivid and bright.
