Description:

1) 26" x 14" dated 1944 poster of a facsimile of a war savings bond series E for $100. Marked with the U.S. Printing Office marking near the bottom edge. 2) Like 1) but is dated 1945 and is for $200. 3) Like 1) but dated 1945 and is for $50. 4) 25" x 38" graphic designed poster divided into four panels meant to be separated. Each panel promotes the buying of war stamps and bonds, with graphic designs of American Revolutionary War events (Battle of Lexington, the signing of the Declaration of Independence, General Washington crossing the Delaware and John Paul Jones).

Rating Definition:

All posters are very fine. Each poster is folded with strong fold lines. 1), 2) and 3) have a few minor tear lines along the folds and 4) has some moderate tears along the folds. There is some minor edge wear. All color is bright and vivid.
