A late WWII Zero Series P38 pistol, manufactured at the Spreewerke factory in the northwest suburb of Berlin. Standard slide markings on the left, along with a small "0" in front of the serial number, all highlighted in white, with a partial "X" in front of the "P38". The right side has the Eagle firing proof and a medium size "U" proof in front of the slide serrations. The right side of the barrel lug is marked "Bd" with the * proof and the left side is marked "cyq" and a single Eagle 88 proof. The left side of the frame is stamped "01167L". The locking block is serial numbered to the pistol and it has a single Eagle 88 proof on one side and a single Eagle firing proof on the other side. Grooved black plastic grips, "P-38 v" and Eagle 135 markings on the magazine

Arsenal/ importer refinished with 99% of the arsenal style dip blue finish remaining. Scattered minor dings and scratches. The left side frame marking appears to be a restamp and some of the markings are partially worn. The grips are excellent with a few scattered minor scuffs and nicks and minimal wear. The action is excellent.
