Description:

The 7-5/8 inch long, 1-3/4 inch diameter cardboard tube with metal end and screw top is marked "Manufactured by NEWTON ARMS Co., BUFFALO, N.Y., U.S.A." around the bottom and "THE NEWTON HAND RELOADING TOOL" around the top. The balance of the can/box is printed with instructions and drawings of the tool. The metal end is stamped in relief "IMPROVED MAILING CASE CO. / MAKERS / NEW YORK". All pieces are present.

Rating Definition:

Excellent with light rust stains on two sharp edges from contact with the tube. Bright blue with faded casehardening colors on the operating link and pivot head. Minor chips and scraps on the box.
