Dated 1917 on the chamber, with the DWM script mark on the toggle. Blade front and tangent rear sights with fine adjustment screw. The right side of the barrel extension has the three Crown over Gothic Letter proofs next to the Imperial Eagle proof and the left side has the four digit serial number that matches the frame and barrel, which also has the bore diameter of "8,83". Correctly "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" marked on the safety area and extractor. Checkered hardwood grips, with wood base nickel magazine.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with 75% of the faded original blue finish. A brown patina is forming on the side plate and grip straps, with heavy spotting on the barrel, lighter spotting overall, and some pitting on the barrel. Grips are fine, with some mild pressure dents on the sharp checkering. Action is excellent.
