Made in 1944. Standard markings on the left side of the slide, with the eagle "swastika" and "359" proofs on the right side. Matching numbers, some double stamped, with repeated "359" proofs. Ribbed brown plastic grips. with patches of brown. Magazine marked "P.38/ U" on the left, "jvd" and "WaA106" on the spine.

Very good overall, with 90% of the blue finish, with wear and blue loss on the front edges of the slide, and on the frontstrap, with brighter gray along the edges, a few hints of brown, and mild handling marks. Grips are good, with a small chip on the back of the left panel and some minor dents.

Fixed sights, with the serial number and "ac" Walther code on the right side of the slide, and the matching number on the right side of the frame. "Eagle/ N" proofs are visible on the slide and chamber, with the "eagle/ swastika F" police marking on the left side of the frame. Checkered black plastic Walther banner grips with a mixed brown magazine extension.

Very good, with 80% of the wartime blue finish, showing a bright gray patina along the high edges, a mixed gray and brown on the gripstraps, and a few patches of brown on the slide. Grips are good, with two cracks in the left panel and minor scuffing.
