Single iron bead on the concave rib, marked "MIDLAND GUN Co BIRMINGHAM.ENGLAND.", with auto-ejectors and chokes measuring at full and cylinder. Each side of the casehardened frame has a banner reading "MIDLAND GUN Co", with scroll engraving on all sides. Checkered tiger striped English walnut straight grip stock with an engraved tip insert on the splinter forearm, a round initial plate, and a checkered naked butt.

Professionally refinished, with 98% of the current blue, showing some mild old pitting and a small gray patch on the left barrel near the breech. Frame is silvering, with bright and vivid color underneath the lever. Stock is repaired, with a brown patch on the toe, scattered pressure dents, and excellent grain.
