Single brass bead sight on the matte rib, with "MARK 4160 NP" ahead of the chambers and light engraving at the breech. Chokes measure as full and improved modified. The underside of the barrels have import marks and Liege proofs, with "MADE IN BELGIUM" on the right chamber above the wood. Casehardened frame, with floral patterns on and around the screws, and light scrolls on the safety and barrel lug. Double triggers and tang safety. Checkered straight grip stock with a splinter forearm, "MAT" stamped behind the lower tang and a serrated buttplate.

Very good with 95% of the current blue is present on the barrels, with small areas of bright gray patina around the muzzles, and some light handling marks overall. The frame holds 60% of the original case color, with a mixed gray patina on the underside and the tangs, and bright color concentrated around the breech and lever. Stock is very good as refinished, with the varnish lighter on the underside of the forearm and around the rear of the buttstock, with scattered light pressure dents and scratches. Mechanically fine.
