Built on a FN 98 action, with no open sights and a Bausch & Lomb Balfor A scope. The barrel is marked "FLAYG'S/30.06 CAL." Jeweled action and nickel plated trigger. Monte Carlo stock with rosewood accents raised cheekpiece and pistol grip. Complete with GI type leather sling and Jostam rubber recoil pad.

Good as custom built. Near new showing only minor handling marks. The stock shows a few pressure marks. The action is smooth.

Ramp front sight with folding adjustable rear sight. This is a custom sporting rifle built on a Mauser 98 action. The bolt is marked with the WaA28 proof, which is triple stamped. The action has been custom engraved with basket weave and oak leafs. The floor plate and trigger guard have also been engraved in a similar manner. Scope bases have been installed on the action. The barrel is marked "R. Triebel Kaufbeuren Bavaria". Smooth oiled walnut stock also custom embellished with oak leaves and skip-line checkering on the forearm and round knob pistol grip. Several ebony and ivory inlays have also been installed on the underside of the stock. Raised cheekpiece and checkered steel buttplate with trap for additional rounds. No cartridge designation and consignor notes that chamber castings were made for this in 8x57 mauser.

Good as custom built. 90% plus blue finish remains on the barrel showing only slight thinning and a few minor surface scratches. The receiver exhibits isolated high point edge wear. The bolt is solid with some light spotting. The stock rates excellent. The action is smooth.
