This high quality and unique rifle was manufactured for Colt by J.P. Sauer & Son of West Germany. The rifle features a non-rotating bolt that makes the Colt Sauer action smoother functioning than most. It was manufactured without sights and is equipped with a Leupold 3.5x10 scope. One piece high gloss stock with a checkered forearm and pistol grip with a rosewood forend tip and grip cap with the Rampant Colt on it, raised comb, cheekpiece, black rubber vented Colt Sauer recoil pad and leather sling. Complete with factory box numbered to gun. Colt discontinued this rifle in 1985.

Excellent with approximately 98% of the original blue finish remaining with light muzzle wear and some minor scratches. The stock is excellent with some minor scuff marks, scratches and dings and a few moderate dents. The checkering is sharp. The optics are clear. The box is excellent.
