Single bead sight on a solid rib barrel. Barrels feature 2 3/4 inch chambers, with extractor. The top of the right barrel is marked "L.C. Smith field grade", with "L.C. SMITH" marked on both sides of the casehardened frame. Pistol grip stock with checkered forearm and grip area, double triggers and tang safety and fitted with a rubber recoil pad.

Very good. The barrels retain approximately 40% of the original blue finish mostly in the protected areas with a smooth brown patina on the exposed surfaces. There are some minor scratches and gray patina forming on the high edges. The frame retains approximately 70% of the faded case color. There are some minor scratches on the frame. The altered, sanded and refinished stock is good with some minor chips. The checkering is fair. The markings are clear.
