Blade front sight with bead and rear sight replaced and mounted in a fixed position on a solid rib marked "FREDRICK MULLER, ASCHERSLEBEN". The rib has provisions for scope mounts. Casehardened light scroll and floral engraved action. Pistol grip stock with checkered Schnabel forearm and grip area, raised cheekpiece, leather sling and serrated horn buttplate. Complete with takedown case.

Excellent with approximately 95% of the original blue finish remaining with some light spotting of brown and some light surface rust. There is strong beginnings of a smooth brown patina on the trigger guard. The action retains strong traces of vivid case color in the protected areas mixed with gray patina. The stock is very fine with some minor scratches, dents and dings and a few minor chips. The checkering is sharp. The case is very good
