Square block sight on barrel, with two raised decorative bands around the breech, marked with a small proof, "AL" and the Liege (Belgium) proof house stamp. Lock plate has the curved "TOWER" marking at the rear, with another "AL" stamp over the British Royal Cipher next to the iron high-fenced flash pan. Stock is near full length, with a trumpet headed ramrod, three brass pipes and a brass forearm tip, pinned barrel, long sing bar and ny, and a slightly curved brass buttstock.

Very good, with a siwer and scattered age gray patina .Pitting is visible on the lock plate and flash pan. Stock is good, with a large number of small worm holes and pressure dents. Action is fair. From the Collection of Will Hoffeld.
