Blade is 16 3/8 inches long, with a 5 inch false edge, "Z in shield" makers mark on the left ricasso, and etched woodland and hunting scenes on each side. Brass fitted hilt with clamshell languet, dual quillion hoof shaped cross guard, a set of 3 brass acorns on the right side of the horn grip and a ribbed pommel cap. With a black leather sheath, fitted with a brass tip and throat with acorn shaped frog stud.

Excellent, with some light handling mark on the blade, an attractive mixed patina on the brass, traces of protective varnish on the throat, and very good sheath.
